Leadership is for everyone. Do you believe that? Because I do.

I worked my way from an entry-level sales representative to an executive in charge of a business to business service company with more than 3,000 employees. Along the way, I’ve met leaders in all shapes and sizes. Some have been in charge of multinational corporations, and some have cleaned those executives’ offices. If you look close enough, you’ll find leaders every day, in every role.

I’m often asked to speak about authentic leadership for business organizations across the country. Over the past few years, I’ve become an avid writer and thought leader with an active blog and a book in the works.
